Free coupons

You can get free coupons from a variety of sources! The most common way people find free grocery coupons, are in the free standing inserts found in their Sunday paper. They are usually generated from one of the following companies: Red Plum, Proctor and Gamble or Smart Source. Teri's List will tell you in which company's insert a coupon can be found, as well as the date the insert was published. You can find free printable coupons on the internet. On this website, you can find free printable grocery coupons in Teri's Coupon Center, and free coupons for everything else in Teri's Advantage. Some of these coupons are free printable coupons , and others can be saved to your grocery store loyalty card. While you're in the store, you may notice coupon dispensers in the aisles. Since these dispensers usually have a red blinking light, the free coupons they dispense are called “blinkies.” You may also see coupons on the products themselves, either stuck on the packaging or hanging from the neck of a bottle. After checkout, don't throw away your receipt! There are often free food coupons, and coupons for other grocery products printed on the back of your receipt called catalinas.
