The Grocery Game
Want to win the money-saving game the next time you go to the grocery store? A California mom has found a way to help you save hundreds of dollars on groceries each month. And she's made it fun!
Teri Gault is the brains behind Grocerygame.com. Her web site offers a shopping list called "TERI'S LIST" that reveals the rock bottom prices on hundreds of products each week and matches them up with manufacturers' coupons for the best possible savings at your local supermarket.
The Grocery Game has exclusive databases that track manufacturers' coupons along with weekly sales and specials, both advertised and UN-advertised. With "TERI'S LIST", the days of time consuming work required for effective coupon-ing are over. The Grocery Game does all the hard work and research, presented in a quick reference format on the internet each week. Members log in, spend a few minutes with a pair of scissors, and they're off to win The Grocery Game!
We went shopping with Teri here in Austin at the Flagship Randall's store on Bee Caves. Armed with her list and our Randall's Remarkable card and coupons... she showed us how to shop.
- We bought a basketful of groceries, health and beauty items, and household cleaning products that normally would total $157.18.
- We paid $47.36.
- That's a savings of $107.41.
- TERI'S LIST costs $10 every 8 weeks... which means you end up paying $1.25 a week.
Right now, she's offering a trial membership at $1 for 4 weeks.
